ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Information
At the time of
registration, the following documents along with registration fee should be
submitted to the front desk of administrative section.
Filled in form should
be submitted in the office along with-
1. Copy of birth certificate
2. Copy of Aadhaar (Student, both parents, local guardian [if any])
3. Medical fitness certificate from the doctor having minimum MBBS
degree.
4. Last year result and TC
5. Two Copies of Latest PP size image of the student
6. Photograph of the parent with the child in 5cm X 3.5cm
7. Caste certificate (if any)
8. Disability certificate (if any)
9. Ration card (if BPL)
Being a
prestigious institution, we take in students who will contribute and foster the
principles of inter-mingling and culture, we make sure that students admitted
to Future Gems Academy possess certain qualities, it is the first place where
he/she begins communicating with other and as responsible educators it is our
duty to provide conductive atmosphere year.
- Only meritorious student will be
considered for mid term admission on grounds of transfer of change of
school.
- The school reserves the right to admit a
student in the appropriate class after examining the student. Even after
the admission is granted the student can either be adjusted in a lower or
higher class, which ever the case may be depending upon the student's
ability at the discretion of the authorities.
- Admission is strictly subject to
fulfilling of all conditions and submission of requisite documents.
- TC from the previous school must be
submitted within 15 days after the commencement of the academic session.
